"@mpolinar @gabebondoc and I wrote this song during the summer and it holds a very personal and deep meaning for us. 2020 has been so rough for many people and it has taken away so much of the life we used to know and have. "Please Don't Say" is about learning to accept that we probably won't ever go back to how things used to be, but hopefully we can move forward and learn from everything that has happened." i apologize if i'm wrong, but what i can understand is that this song was talking about their glory days touring and performing together but due to covid-19 out break everything has changed for 3 of them. quarantine and all other stuff. it's just that i found all the lyrics has their own deep meaning. for example " please don't say that we can't go back to how we used to be" they used to performing everywhere together so maybe one of them once said " we can't go to do what we used to do" so i guess that how they came up with the lyrics.. at first i thought it was about love song.. but it wasn't . i love this song so much. the reason why i wrote this... this song is absolute mastepiece.

Most elements are just so strong here. Great vibes. Excellent singing. I liked the abrupt ending too. My suggestions, to take it to the next level, would be: 1. Getting the tracks mastered more thoroughly, to highlight the bass and to give a crisper, more dynamic sound across all of the sonic range. 2. Bring up the vocals a tiny bit in the overall mix, so that they sound closer to the listerner's ear. 3. Experiment with significantly reducing (or even removing completely) the autotune, to give a more human feel to the vocals. It sounds like the emotive singing would come across even better without autotune, and it might not necessarily need it. GOOD LUCK. KEEP ON.
