In a crowd of people who truly understand Jookin, the more experienced Jaydyn had the advantage... and used it...but I respect MP3 so fuckin much for what he did on the dance floor that night. MP3 changed his style just a few months ago, adding more of the foundational and cultural moves to his style. And that's what he brought to Memphis to battle Jaydyn who has mastered all of those elements. MP3 could have done what he normally does and wow us with a bunch of flashy power spins but he kept it true to the culture. Respect 💯💯💯

Detailed analysis: 1st round; mp3 surprised me, he had a lot of creative combos that aren't commonly seen in jookin as often and he has a strong sense of musicalit. Hes also got some developed ankles. But my biggest critique and where he loses me is when he attempts to emulate draem. This can be seen sometimes when he attempts certain ankle break combos. Overall he came very strong and I think he needed too as jaydn seemed to feel he needed to come very hard on his response. Jayden went NUTS and was super in the zone, he didnt miss a single step and really demonstrated the "smooth" in his name. And did it all without an over reliance on toe stalls and just had crazy step combos. He responded VERY well, that i almost completely forgot what mp3 did. And even the crowed wanted an encore it seemed like. First round is his for sure. 2nd round; I was skeptical at first, mp3 seemed to lack confidence first few seconds(but may have just been trying to concentrate). His musicality shined the most here. And while I actually dont think this round was as strong as his first, i think the fact that he jooked to edm is what gave him bonus points in feeling different. This may be impressive for the jookin scene, but in all styles this could have been better. But he did good as he got more into the zone and caught the key animations bits in the beat, seemed to get everyone hyped. Jayden once again respnded pretty well, and kept the engery high from start to finish, not as exciting as his first, but certainly an appropriate response. Overall I say jayden took both rounds, but it wasnt a landslide. It was a great battle. Jayden is clearly a little more experienced so its impressive how well mp3 against someone like him. I hope he learned a lot from this battle. Hes got potential.

This is by far the most crunkest dance that I've seen in a long time it gets me hyped up everytime 🔥💯

This was the best battle no cap the energy was just great all around

mp3 player hits beats u didnt know u were supposed to hit. Seamlessly transitioning his hits from ticks to the 808 shows his musicality and its beautiful. Although an outlier with his choice of electronic music, mp3 player came out looking like a iphone 12 with in his 2nd round.what you see here is obvious its a style different from the rest that can compete with memphis itself.
