For anyone wondering, these were great. I made it exactly the same and they were delicious, Pro tip is to make sure your mozzarella is hard and cold, it'll be easier to coat it because it might fall apart if it's at room temperature. Make sure your knife is sharp too. Other than that it's great. It didn't look like the one in the video ofc, but it still tastes delicious

me: is fasting also me: watches oh nino edit: a lot of people were asking so here’s some clarification 1. i was paying back the fasts i missed last ramadan and it was entirely by my own choice 2. i am not anorexic - i fast only for religious purposes also it was like a 13-14 hour fast and i ate meals before and after fasting (i am perfectly healthy)
