Archana said "Yenakku un mugam dha nila la theridhu" at the end... revealing that she missed him. We all know she never missed anybody throughout the film. When she said that we are able to understand she's in love with him and that's y she missed him . The emotional detailing of this movie is god level

The beauty of this movie is Archana didn't gain her ability to speak in climax like other movies. Instead, she taught everyone her language of silence. That's why we could understand her proposal in the climax.

Jyothika is one of the best actresses. All acted very well. Best film. I saw the film long back. Again now in lockdown watched it . Still best. Fantastic.

Watching it for god knows how many times already! Special movie! The love proposal scene at climax is the one of the most beautiful ones I have ever watched. There were no words exchanged between them yet we could understand what she said and the emotions involved in it. Jo was so robbed of all the awards that year including NA that year. She owned this role truly! Career best performance. Best of 2006-2007 too. Pritiviraj was no less. Loved the palpable chemistry between them and also with the second leads and all supporting characters. Prakash Raj and Brahmanandam were a riot together truly! Music by VS were just too good. Such a great romcom perfectly infused with family drama. Only other movie that made me feel this good was Rhythm. Top notch in every department!❤❤

Jyothika seriously deserved National Award instead of Priyamani for Paruthiveeran in 2007. Playing deaf/dumb and emoting is not easy.. And among the all time favorites of mine Mozhi is only next to Rythm movie, this movie went straight to heart. What an all round performance.

Watch performance of kalabhavan mani as blind in vasanthiyum lakshmiyum pinne njanum, and performance of the differently abled daughter in peranbu,etc...in Malayalam cinema there are lot of such difficult characters in movies ...they didn't gave national award for even those characters..comparing to those jyothika's performance was no where..she is an average performer only...but mozhi is definitely her career best and she gave full justice to the role...but not that worth for a national award

@@AMScreations7 The comparison I mentioned was between Priyamani & Jyothika and no one else. If they had given National Award they could have given to Jyothika over Priyamani. Thats my point and not with Malayalam actor's comparison..

@@venkatesanj2718 but the award is given in national level not only for tamil cinema... jyothika's name may not be included in final round of nominations itself...in front of Jury they have seen many such performances so it may not be that impressive for them...that was my point

Radha Mohan - One of the finest directors of Tamil Cinema. Never fails us to give us the Masterpiece

They don't make movies like this anymore 😭😞 it's wholesome and the nuances of emotions are beautifully captured ✨🥺

The other domain of silence is this movie. This movie has taught the beauty of silence. Hats off to Radha Mohan and Team for this silent achievement.

This is where I come when I'm depressed. One of the best Tamil movies.

Just watched this now in 2022. Each and every time it gives me a fresh experience of watching it. Hats off to all the artists and the whole crew❤️❤️

Best supporting acting goes to sheela & Viji (Mozhi)❤❤❤❤

I feel this movie is all about few friends setting boundaries, respecting each and every person and accepting them as they are. This made me watch the complete movie.
