Mozart Meets Metal - Piano Sonata No.16, K.545 - Allegro
Музыка
#mozart #classical #metal
Hi all!
Just a little information: the 3 hour version of Amadeus is currently streaming on Netflix. It's one of my favorite movies of all time and if you haven't seen it, I recommend it with my reputation on the line. Seeing it on there (and of course watching it again) it sparked the classical itch. Instead of doing a concerto or a symphony, I wanted to do something else. Mozart was one of the composers I ended up studying the most in school (along with Beethoven, Bach, Lizst, and Chopin). I was really REALLY happy with how the rhythm tracks ended up in this one. Hope ya dig too!
Best to ya

Mozart wrote music for metal covers before metal. Amazing cover again! And yes, double yes for Metal Mozart album. 🖤

It’s translates much friendlier than a lot of others. Mozart and Beethoven are just prime for covering

@@331Erock as there are many covers of their work it seems true for many others. Yet, your covers, how to describe it... they seems to me like you had a meeting with them and talk with them about it, as your cover simply fits as f... I mean, it fits absolutely. 🖤

I love when metal is used to highlight its roots! 🤘😊
Killin' it as usual! I'm convinced Mozart was my introduction to metal.
Awesome rendition! And love the speed up towards the end. That drop of the octave is something you don't hear much in contemporary music, it's normally the other way, but it's so good. Love you sporting a Randy tee, we must all tribute our guitar gods!

Those bends are great. And keep doing the classical arrangements. People need to know how metal the old masters were!
You covering classical music is always exquisite!
Still the GOAT after all this time. Love the classical videos always.
Back in the late 80s the band Scatterbrain also covered this piece. It was a slightly different metal interpretation of it
Holy shit, Eric. Classical sounds so good with distortion. As usual, you make it look easy and sound amazing.

A nice cover of a very popular work. I firmly believe that "classical" music is just the best popular music of a past time period that is still being listened to and performed after all the people for whom the music was "popular" are dead. Thanks for demonstrating why the music of Mozart is "classical." richard --

Scatterbrain did this on their 1990 album but for some reason called it Sonata #3. As always, this is great.
Here hitting like before the first tune plays because I read the title and know I'll like it! I love all your interpretations of classical music! You're a complete orchestra at this point. Amazing!! 🤘 Love how the different phrases compliment each other in this piece. It's so playful and fun!

Great to see you that you have returned. Excellent work as always though I think I have something for you if you want millions of views again. Remember Duke Nukem? Well, if you have the time pls. listen to Quake 2's soundtrack. Tons of metal stuff and the cult following Quake 2 is just as big if not bigger than that of Duke Nukem. Keep up the great work!
