In 1995 the MozART group began to travel the world.
Now, after more than 20 years, 50 countries, 4 continents, 2.000 flights, over 300 incredibly complicated issues to get the cello with a valid (!) ticket on board of an aircraft, 1 million driven miles, surprisingly just a few lost bags but countless hours spent on airports of this planet, there is a good number of stories the quartet would like to share with the audience. "MozART comes to town!" presents a musically funny point of view on unexpected situations, regional characteristics, on their and your world. Whatever the differences between nations are, including all spoken languages, there is one universal link, which makes us understand each other: music!

This DVD also contains the one-hour interview "A common spirit".
Here the MozART group presents its points of view on music, friendship, travel, coughing audience,
private life, small cities in China (over 5 Million), happy Americans, the Beatles in Taiwan, silence and
mutual understanding, black walls, cakes ...and Saint Wolfgang. The interview also show unpublished
materials from trips around the world and ther very first steps of the quartet as a group. Enjoy!

It's even more hilarious, when you know, that they specifically picked the only piece from The Beatles, that started with a national anthem... the french national anthem.
When the crocodile started singing I just about spit my food out! 😂😂😂

LOL starting by playing the marseillaise as the original intro of the beatles is such insulting for the audiance , I LOVE IT !!!!
What he should have done: "5 o'clock, exit." *begins to walk off stage while other members remain seated* *comes back wondering what's going on, guy in glasses points at the script* "Oh, Brexit!!" *sits back down in his chair*
