Blitzø adopting Loona is very sweet in my opinion because he saw himself in her in that moment, someone broken and that nobody wanted, and so he wanted to be for her the father he never had.

Blitz did kinda save Loona, in that she was about to "age out" of the orphanage and essentially become homeless.

At the end Loona did smile as she hit Blitz with the book, so I think she was actually feeling some affection towards him at that moment, even if she didn't want him to hug her.
I think the part with the Director is a play on how some directors (not saying any names) are sleezy and seem to never take showers because they're "afraid" of water. So, when Stolas threw the water, the Director freaked out because it was the first time her saw water (Took a shower) in a very long time. As for the Moxxie mug, you could actually bought this mug from RobotShark that's in colab with Vivienne. They have a lot of awesome merchandise... Some very sexy 17+ mature art too.
