That was really neat! Anyone notice on the high up drone shot near the end? It looks like they disturbed a deer. All you see is a sudden line forming from the upper left of the standing grass and making its way toward the bottom. Also, it's great to see how well disc and rotary mowers can completely cut the grass. As interesting as sickle mowers are to watch in action, I'm not convinced a sickle mower could have still cut that section of grass that was laid over. Great video!

@@Mik-mk8us that’s the dumbest thing I’ve heard. People have been using haybines in this stuff forever
What kind of rolls on your crimped? I have a hard time getting mine to feed in when it’s that tall.

There is just rubber rollers on the discbine
Что за трава?
Co później z tym robicie?
Don't argue with a disc mower, it will cut you down. That is some heavy Sudan Grass.
Just Perfect👍

Looked like a deer taking out there towards the end.
Feel a little sad for the poor animal mowled Down in 10:20. ..or did he make it out?
these giant machines can complete tasks quickly
You're making a lot of extra work keeping such tight headland turns. Don't know anything about Sudan but it seems to be pretty light stuff?? swaths are smaller than expected when looking at the height. And the 4 cyls seem to have no problem.
Satisfying.
Those tractors and disc mowers are getting a workout
How many wild animals were killed by dumping the grass around the perimeter and cutting off the retreat to the edge?
What is the feed vaule??

Does it re-grow? Can you zero graze it?

Whats the purpose of planting n mowing?
Most all the dairy Farmers we used to cut hay far back in the 1960s you just feed their cows we did also for our three milk cows real good feed for them make them give extra milk taste good
Excuse my ignorance but what is Sudan grass and what is it's use?

It's a warm season annual grass used for hay, silage, cover crops, green chop, or pasture.
