3rd apartment this ur monthly bond repayment fee with ur salary. apply for a bond with the bank for that complex unit. after 2-3 of salary increase move out n get a tenant , while u move a less expense apartment.

YOU PICKED 3. BUT I HOPE YOU NEGOTIATED TO 6, 000. also i would say any apartmen with electricty cookers should be downgraded. lets be honest, Eskom makes electricty not an asset for house/apartment hunting. also any property owner that does not clean a place before a showing....in this day and age is a NO NO.

This assisted me a lot because I am currently looking for an apartment to rent.Someone suggested Braamfotein and AFCHO property

hi, Afcho is really a great option to consider, most of their buildings are clean, have laundromats,good wifi plus play area & rooftop "garden" the perks might be noise & lack of lighting, rooms are always dark during the day

Rental properties in Pretoria are so expensive, compared to Jhb. First of all, a R5100 here gets you a 1 shelve kitchen

I’m curious, what is the average cost of an Uber ride in SA? Just doing my due diligence. I will purchase a vehicle when I get over there but will take Uber until I become familiar with the neighborhoods and flow of traffic, since y’all drive on the opposite side 😅😆
