It's usually the layout for studios in here! I love it tho, especially the kichen layout, I wouldn't want my kitchen to be facing my living area/sleeping area.

It was actually new so its delivered to my doorstep but from previous shifting we did (my family) we hired movers, so they wrap it in a bubble wrap and shift it for you.

The apartment is not safe. The door is manual. There is no password or fingerprint. Also, your voice inside the apartment is clear to the corridor
