@@TashaLeelynI love seeing/hearing about all the logistics that go into moving. What has to go where, how things are happening, etc etc etc. We own a moving company, and moving vlogs will just forever be my fav to watch. They’re so exciting!

I love watching people pack…I find it interesting their thought process. Also makes thankful that I’m not doing it lol.

I totally get how you feel about wanting to move with nothing. I recently moved interstate where I decluttered my stuff MAJORLY and there’s still stuff that I have barely used since unpacking. Nothing makes you realise how much you don’t need like moving and the declutter defs happens before and after ❤

I am Enjoying your channel and as for you packing, it’s not boring because you also talking to us while you are, packing means wow you are going through things you are giving yourself the motivation to go through and get rid of things and it was relaxing And is motivating me to go through the things that I no longer need to get my house in order.

Ok! I'm on my way to help pack hehe For cloths, take the cloths with the hangers and put them in garbage bags. Then you can take them out and put them directly in closets. Also, a lot of places (dollorama,..) give boxes and you wouldn't have to buy boxes It's fun to watch you pack and bittersweet too!

I needed the clothes in boxes so that we can pack the trailer better, bagging the clothes/hangers would have taken up just as much room and would have been harder to pack tight amongst things!

Tasha, I feel like you are a great packer! You think things through, which will make the process much easier. And labeling the boxes-perfect!!

The easiest way to pack clothes on hangers is to use trash bags. Group as much as you can per bags and bottom up and tie around the hangers if that makes sense. Then you can just put it in the new closet as it was

We just need items to be as stackable as possible for packing the truck, so boxes were ideal for this!

You will be so happy if you declutter months before packing. We did a big declutter before listing the house and it feels not so daunting now that I’m packing honestly!

I hate moving - I've done it so many times over the years. Was married to military guys and changed duty stations and across states several times. The military did not assist in any of the moves, it was all on us. I got pretty good at packing and unpacking. The biggest thing is make sure as much "like" items are together and label the crap out of the boxes. I never paid for any moving materials. Free boxes from the liquor stores, they get shipments weekly, some twice weekly. Used newspaper to wrap breakables. The last 2 times was - Florida to Savannah, than 5 years later, back to Florida, Done, I'm done, no more!

Totally enjoying your packing! Is that crazy?😂 Maybe cuz I just get to watch and don’t actually have to do it! It’s a lot all by yourself, you have a good start!

You’re so much better than me. In all my moves I just left all my clothes on hangers and put trash bags around them. And then for comforters, pillows, linens I just put them all in contractor bags lol

Apparently Home Depot was out of the wardrobe boxes with metal rods that'll hold clothing on the hanger. Those save so much time in packing clothes.

Yes! Wardrobe boxes are so helpful for clothes on hangers, and time savers for the unpacking. We put bedding or other light/bulky items to fill the bottom spaces.

So sad to hear about your dog.💔 I hope he has a lot of good days ahead still❤

I don’t know if this will help you out or not but if you go to some stores and ask if they have any cardboard boxes they are getting rid of, they’ll just give you them for free. Might save you some money on buying boxes xx

I think almost every influencer changes to film then changes right back into comfy clothes. I’ve heard too many state this in their long form KZread content 🤣 but no hate as I do the same with changing after working my 9-5.

leave your clothes on the hangers and zip tie them together. put a grabage bag over them and when take them out of the box just cut the zip ties and they are hung up.

Can you not get boxes for free from grocery stores on ON? I live on the east coast of NS and I can just walk into most grocery stores or retail stores and ask if they have any empty boxes and they'll usually give them for free then and there or tell you to come back closer to closing time to pick them up. Also, I hate moving but love moving vlogs!! Can't wait to follow all your NS adventures ❤
