I live in Greeneville and I've never heard it called titletown...she fails to mention that we have a growing number of homeless people ..business don't usually last long here unless they've been in business for decades ..alot of the old businesses are losing there properties

There are several businesses that are new and have hung around. Obviously you don't spend much time in town I live here in town some of these businesses even the outlasted the covid pandemic or are outlasting it rather

So many fast food places. everyone here is fat.

Doctors are limited and we have one hospital ...it sucks ..oh and be ready for ballad health care here ..they own all the hospitals in and around the area

It's not the greatest place in the world but it's not terrible either I don't really know how to explain it except for well there's not really a whole lot for young adults to do and there's not a whole lot for kids to do so they tend to end up in alcohol or drugs here and if they don't end up in alcohol or drugs they end up addicted to eating or shopping there's literally nothing to do here. We recently had a miniature golf course put in I'm not even sure if that's open yet

Already living here for years but now we are actually becoming like Johnson city actually getting stores and restaurants from big towns and more stuff to do as a teen or young adult with kids

I miss living there and R.I.P. to my grandpa Joe (Junkyard Joe) I'm sure some people who live there have stories for here 😂

Being an outsider and staying here for a few days Greeneville is aweful. So built up. Lots traffic rude drivers and the homes for sale are so overpriced. Seems like the homeless are coming here too

My wife and I are going to be selling our house here in Clinchco VA.we are wanting to move to Greenville TN not really in the city limits we want to live in the country.looking for a mobile home with a bit of land 2 or 3 bedroom with 1 or 1 1/2 bathrooms.dont have to be something really nice but in liveable condition.will have cash on hand to purchase the right place.and the sale will depend on the sellers attitude.dont want to and want deal with someone who is an ass.

But what about your crime? Greenville, Johnson City and Maryville are cities I've looked at in the last couple of days. Crime might stop me, can you please address this? Looked on Niche, someone else on another video mentioned they used Best Places.

I usually use Trulia's crime map. But that is one topic I will likely not touch on. Being a licensed realtor, I have to be careful never to steer anyone to or away from an area. Having said that...if I felt like an area was a bad area to live in, I wouldn't make a video about living there.

Stay away from this place! I have lived here in johnson city most of my life, and the worst part of this area is local law enforcement unless you are one of the boys expect to be ignored unless someone has been shot or stabbed, Corruption is the norm here. I am moving to Virginia soon and I can already tell how much better of a state this really is, the state income tax is hardly noticeable plus you get what you are paying for Greeneville Tn. Will Suck the life out of you and your kids will hate everything about the place, Poor education here is a must and get ready to be bullied by a lot of people here I hope you find the right place to live I think I have finally found a way out of here and I hope for a better life in abingdon va. !
