I am so excited for you, you are so lucky to have a choice at least. I was so shocked to hear about how difficult it is to leave. My daughter said its been like that now for a few years. Its awful to feel like a prisoner in this country. Its scary and why wont they let people leave freely what is going on? I cant wait to see you and your family leave and you will be so free. The worst thing about Australia is that we cannot just travel out to another place as we are surrounded by sea. Even if life in the beginning is harder in Croatia you are free and thats a great start.

Thank you for kind words. It may be that they make it hard to leave as Australia has -90k people last year. Instead of 150k+. Our government should ask them self why people are leaving.

dobro došli u hrvatsku, ovdje nije sve savršeno i nažalost europska čizma i nas tlači ali mislim da ne može biti gore nego u nacističkoj australiji, ovdje ste doma u svojoj zemlji i kakve god probleme budemo svi imali ipak je lakše među svojima, borimo se za bolju budućnost svi skupa ali ne idemo van u tuđinu. pozdrav iz Rijeke i sretno nam svima.

That is nice. It is good to talk to locals and see what there is. Also join facebook groups from the town or village you want to buy land or house they advertise it there
