Moving To Columbia, Tennessee!

How can we possibly talk about all of the wonderful details of Columbia in one short video?!
The bottom line is, there is just TOO MUCH GOOD in this sweet little Southern Town.
Muletown is one of the most up and coming towns in middle Tennessee, in our opinion! The restaurant scene, shopping, music venues, and all of the locally owned business make this place truly unique.
Columbia is giving Franklin a run for it's money! Watch our video to see a few highlights and get ready for a "part two" since we couldn't fit it all in one video!

I live in Columbia and my roots are traced back here for over 200 years. You were correct, Columbia was the richest city in all of Tennessee before the War of 1861-1865. There are more Antebellum mansions here than all of TN put together. I wish you had shown W6th Street with all its Mansions. The South and Western portion and downtown are the loveliest parts of town. Prices here have climbed up about $100k per year per house the last 2 years, so if you plan to move here the median house is around $300k at the low end and $450 K being the middle. It is a peaceful, quiet, wonderful old downtown place. We have homes up to $15 Million here at the present time. Come see us and delight in downtown and the West End side of town. Columbia is a family friendly city with friendly loving Churches on every corner! W 7th Church was founded in 1820 and is a warm, loving place with families of all ages all working together to make the community a welcoming place and to build Strong Families who love the Lord. Come see us soon!

Columbia is on our radar for second home. We are a younger family living in Fort Myers, FL and the amount of growth that has taken place has robbed us of the Old Florida feel. Too much traffic and our school system has become overcrowded and highly problematic. Despite population growth being good for business, I hope middle Tennessee local governments limit the amount of sprawled expansion a developer WILL try to do. And I'm a real estate developer trying to get away from the hussle and bustle I never expected to be in when I relocated from New Jersey to Fort Myers.

My Home! I love the square, but there are several hidden gems, such as "Medical Square" also, can't forget the Parks and Recreational areas, Chesapeake River Park On SR 7 is on 4-Acres, containing an RC vehicle track, Playground, a boat launching area and more, Riverwalk Park and Pillow Park (near Riverside Elementary) doesn't have much in terms of activity, other than a Basketball Court, a Splash Pad, Bathrooms, And a fitness area. For shopping, there was the mall, but it's being torn down... However, that area is still a bustling metropolis of Business, though after the 2010 floods, much of the hustle and bustle was cleaning up, and helping each other. yes, we are growing, but the gems of the old are present, no matter where you go! That's why I love road trips, you see places that are not noted much, if at all...

I can't find downtown Columbia on Google maps. Please tell us some cross streets to look for. Please also mention the crime rate.

I feel like your drastically under representing the community. Your trying to represent the newest, cleanest bsuinesses. I get it, but don't ignore the rest of Columbia. Perhaps the more traditional and every day areas of Columbia. Yes the six places you featured in downtown are all within a block of eachother, however it may seem more genuine to display ALL of Columbia, not just the CA bait.
