cost you thousands to get this up and running, and could you drive it ?

no we have all the parts for it including 3 spear AEC engines. Just needs some time spending on it and it would be running and driving within a few weekends. Granted it would cost a lot to have all the body panels re-sprayed but its a tractor so we will just get it usable and set her to work!
