Yep that first house looked like a student house....pretty disgusting. I used to rent my properties in Manchester to students but gave that up, I’m sorry but the total lack of respect for keeping the property clean and breaking things just wasn’t worth it (and thee were very nice 3 story town houses) I now only rent to young professionals, far less stressful. You look like you have a very nice house there congratulations and good luck with your studies.
