A too to make fragranced candles more intense: every once in a while turn the candle on its head for a day so that the oils can flow to the bottom/top. It will be more fragrant than before

Josie have you thought about having a handbag drawer. Sure you have enough drawers to have one of those. By that I mean the things I put in my handbag when I go out. Tissues , makeup bag mask hand wash etc etc. When I return home I empty my bag before I put the bag away. It just makes sure your not just filling your bag with more and more stuff. Expensive bags need to cared for inside and out.

I dont have a handbag drawer, but i have kind of a “catch all” right next to my entrance (i live alone) where i dump everything from my handbags as soon as i get home to follow your idea. I might do a drawer instead, it can be a bit messy sometimes.

Loving the new wardrobe Josie ! So lovely to see and please remember to put some anti moth sachets in (there's some nice lavender ones I found at Lakeland) to stop them chomping on your gorgeous knitwear and woollen coats - I speak from bitter experience ! x

It was so exciting to fill in your wardrobe! It's such a precious moment the first time you do it! It was so beautiful empty but now it's even better. The lighting in the video looks really clear and pleasant when you are by the beam. I think that's a nice spot to film. 🎬🎬

Love your dressing / wardrobe room!! Josie dear, just as a by-the-way info. -- candles cause soot from them burning, in turn can cause discoloration on walls and other household fixtures. Contributing to need for painting again well before normal wear would require. I have found a product from Bed Bath & Beyond, allows you to sit candles on top of a plugged in base, melting candle ( I remove wicks while melted ) thereby emitting the chosen scent into your space.

I too no longer burn candles....risk of fire(i.e. a scarf falls on a burning candle) plus the soot they emit over time in an all white dressing room is just the opposite of what you want. There are many other ways of adding scent to a room...plugins, diffusers, melts etc. and if you want the ambiance candles provide... use LEDs

j reyes yeah the pants look great if you pose like a statue , but then when you move the fit isn’t flattering. I’m sure you’ll be able to find a more flattering pair

One thought & one comment...while you would look beautiful dressed in a potato sack I agree with your opinion about the high waisted pleated pants. They appear to add pounds to your hips & who wants that? My comment is that I use acid free tissue paper to fill out any of my leather totes that tend to fold into themselves. The extra support helps retain their shape, helps them stand upright & makes them so much prettier to display. I know most of yours will go in the cupboards, but thought I’d pass it on just in case it’s helpful. Congratulations on another successful project. Hope we get to see Charlie’s dressing room.

I agree with doing some knobs on those cupboards. There’s no way they wouldn’t get smudges on them without them. I’d probably do something low profile and white to blend in as much as possible.

Beverley Roberts , with all the deliveries Josie receives, she may wish to use those air-filled pillows that sometimes cushion the contents to a box . That’s what I use for my purses when storing them.

How exciting for you, our walk in closet was renovated last year and I couldn't wait to bring in everything. I don't know what kind of spiders you get in the UK, we get some nasty wolf spiders sometimes, I found it helped to douse a cotton ball with bergamot essential oil (don't be shy with it) apparently they don't like the smell. I found it helped. Congrads on your new beauty room, it looks beautiful, just like you : )
