I lived in Whelan 20 years ago, back in 1997. I lived there for two years and had an amazing time, My friends I met then are still my friends today. LMU is a wonderful place. Enjoy every moment you are there. It is special.

I just got accepted to LMU's Theatre Arts program, and I've been using your videos to learn more about the school. So helpful --and nice musical accompaniment!

I just visited Loyola in February with my close friend and her mom, who’s an alumni and was my third grade teacher, it’s such a beautiful campus and I automatically fell in love with it! Although I’m just a sophomore in high school I’ve been doing lots of searching on information about anything and everything there is to know😂

I'm going to LMU next year! I'm from New York and I have to move coast to coast, meaning I gotta buy new stuff. I also have a car I gotta send via trailer. Gonna be expensive as hell.

This is such a great video! I love everything about it and you've got amazing talent! One bit of advice tho, your audio levels for the background music and the clips where you're talking are not super consistent so I found myself having to toggle with the audio levels throughout the video! But nonetheless I thoroughly enjoyed it!

So basically I was looking around, thinking of what college I might want to go to in my future years. My first choice is NYU, but well of course I´m going to apply to other schools too. So I was searching along and then I found LMU. I want to major in Film and Television, just like you. Then I was like : hey lets look this up on KZread... who knows maybe someone made a cool vlog or something idk and boom I found this Video and its perfect. Especially those drone shots look awesome. Keep up with your work !

I currently have deposit down for LMU's Film production, but Chapman had been my Number one college for a long time (I was waitlisted). Do you think you could tell me what makes LMU a good film school and how well it has prepared you for the real industry? If I were to get off the list for Chapman, I think I would have a tough choice so I really would love some insight! Also, what classes do you recommend to take for LMU?

Honestly, not sure. It's hard to get into the film school but you'll have a better chance as an internal transfer.

Hey Cassius (what a cool name btw) :) I got into LMU this fall 2017. I'm trying to make my decision, currently I'm based in norcal. Everyones like L.A traffic is so bad and I'm like hmmm...should I worry? :( idk LMU looks so beautiful and fun but I'm concerned about how to get around, I drive but pretty new to driving. What are your thoughts? How do you like it? Are there places nearby LMU that are fun? or do you have to drive to downtown L.A thank you so much!!

I love it! Yes downtown is kinda far, but you don't really go to downtown very much at all. It's easy to get to Santa Monica and Venice (thats where we go usually). Traffic is spotty, I don't drive so Uber is useful haha. Hope that helps!

Ev. Young the workload very manageable. Lots of screenings of movies but tons of writing about them too. You have a bunch of available time for exploring the city and making friends. The atmosphere is super supportive and makes it easy to find your people!

Update: I love it haha. Its super fun and I'm having a blast. No better place to study film than in Los Angeles. And the people are awesome here

Zach Arias well it depends on what your looking to study. For film, LA is ideal because you're in the heart of the industry. Also which school in Portland? University of Portland or Portland state University?

Or is the program more strictly creative/theoretical vs. Scientific/business related? It seems like u know ur stuff already when it comes to shot composition and the like :)
