Yes, it's de-icing and the solution used is a mixture of propylene glycol and water. This mixture is heated to around 150 degrees and sprayed under pressure. Once sprayed, it lasts for an average time period of about 22 minutes. Hence, a plane would need to takeoff within this time period; else, another application of the mixture might be needed due to delays.

Thank youu. So. During my time, there was upfront medicals. It took about 3 months from MEP (medicals passed)
Good luck. Please how long did it take for your Manitoba PNP to be approved after submitting your documents and paying for $500

About 3/4 months. Seen shorter and longer times. The timeline is usually dependent on the officer working on your file tbh.
