Hi! Yes, mapping phonemes to graphemes helps children store new letter-sound correspondences. This is a useful procedure to use with new or struggling readers when introducing a new sound-spelling pattern.

Wow! You’re amazing !! Thank you!! I have a quick question . How many new words should I introduce a week? How can I test that my son that he is proficient in new word? Thank you
Hi I was wondering when this video was uploaded, as I will be using it as a reference point in my assignment. I can't seem to locate the author or the year it was uploaded. Thank you
Do you have a digital mapping template that you would share?

I use magnetic 10 frames! You can map up to 5 phonemes. If you need something in a pinch!
Great video but audio quality is very poor.
