R P yeah of course and it's better to wait a few years until you appeal too. Alot of things that were mentioned in his original case weren't true either as they made the guy sound like he was an angel although he was here illegally, had done time in jail himself and was on drugs. Sooner or later the Government will change that Joint Enterprise law too so Movers best beat is too wait until Labour are in charge of Government coz they have spoke about changing that law.
