Because some people aren't smart. They think if they nerf a card people are just gonna stop playing, but the only thing that is gonna happen is people get angry and start playing it even more. I haven't seen this many renfris deck since she came out. Best we can do is just get her down to 14 provision again and leave her be. we shouldn't even have cards that cost 15 provision it's just ridiculous and done in anger 😂 14 provision is already EXTREMELY! much for a card it has to be the biggest baddest wolf in the woods to cost that much like scenarios and stuff!

@@DennisJeppesen it was nerfed BECAUSE it is op mate, it's not just "they're using it because it got nerfed". There were this many if not even more renfris before the nerf, people don't just play with a card because they got mad, they use it because it's good, otherwise there is no point in playing it

@@marlos6491 no my solution is let it be 14 provision which is a lot for a card and leave it be? What else do you want? Get it to 20 provision until people stop playing it? 😂

My very first GN deck was movement and I was hooked right away! I did stop using GN when roach got to 10 provision so it's great to play it again! I like your version of it never seen it before, so I am definitely gonna try it out 😁

Sure! I think Harmony is the best place for him at the moment and I don't really need an excuse to make a Harmony deck :)

Very nice deck! I feel like necromancy is a must though in a deck like this where the bronze engines are paramount. Amazing video as always PlatPat❤️

Necromancy is a good addition! I was just concerned with lacking control by removing Tesham Mutna Sword or Wolfsbane but there's probably enough to do it.

Love seeing classic Milva, boar and malena in the deck - really unfortunate seeing that much Renfri, I’ve definitely noticed fewer of those decks this season compared to the last but I guess some people just won’t stop playing it 😂

R1: “No Nekker, this could be a GG lose” - Proceeds to win every game Great deck man, love to see cat Witcher mentor in. This looks more fun to play than other movement nekker decks. Could use arcane tome for sure. That ping from Tibor killing off their own Ciri made me laugh

Just did a couple days playing this deck climbing to pro and its amazing, currently played 16, lost 2 drawn 1, it has so many answers i love it!! Only change I've made is swapping tesham for necromancy to keep the dol blathana on the board.

Great video! Love this archetype! Hate seeing all the Nilf / Renfri. The balance team, although inactive now, should step in and do either remove the renfri effect or rework it. It shouldn’t be the kind of deck that shows up anymore frequently than Shupe IMO, and it’s rare to see Shupe. Balance council changes will have to include her for months, until she’s nerfed to something like 17,18+ provisions. She destroys factions identity, and basically reads: draw (and optionally play this turn) a 10+provision card, also breaking basic Gwent mechanics. Nilf isn’t as bad, just overly represented for whatever reason, also annoying archetypes to play against such as mil/ clog / locks. Anyways, great work. Love that you’re still pumping out frequent content! I always enjoy the watch.

Renfri got helped so much by all of the thinning buffs in the Balance Council that it basically offset the nerfs to her which is particularly annoying (although other decks did get helped as well, Renfri decks just benefit so much from the extra consistency). The recent balance council definitely hurt the deck though and I see less than last season at least.

Amazing archetype prob one of my top 3 favorites, just sucks we only got to see renfri and mill... and MAN your GN was glued to the bottom of your deck this vid xD

There's a lot more variety than last season which is good

I had the fear of nilfgard just getting out of control for some time now , and I am afraid we reached that point a long time ago and the balance team has to react, I don't think that Nilfgard is so much op but its swarming the lader

Nilfgaard has always been the most popular faction but popular does not necessarily mean it's OP. People play it for a bunch of different reasons.

@@szymonk.7267 If it's not too strong and the deck isn't problematic it's fine in my opinion. I don't want to nerf something just because a lot of people like it. Nilfgaard is probably also the faction with the largest variety of playable decks so I see a lot of different Nilfgaard decks not the same thing over and over.

You can beat Nilfgaard decks easily just as any other deck, they’re still pretty balanced

I play Matta to get GN

Nilf decks are so annoying to play against. So much so that I just skip them in matchmaking Matching against skellige as skellige makes me so happy. It's like finding a long lost brother you never knew you had XD
