The new development looks super, but what do we (the previous consumers that have the old version) do when we want to use our Kineon on other parts of our bodies. I can't afford to buy the full new version, too. Can we at least have a longer strap to hook up to the end of the outside lights to enable us to adapt to backs? Adaptability would have been nice to incorporate in the original version, but I know you can't think of everything when inventing a new product. Helping older consumers would be a great step toward good client relations.

Hey Dana, thank you so much for the feedback! You are right. The straps will be backwards compatible and will use a mounting system that will work with the current iteration of the Move+. We'll also be releasing an extension for the straps to accommodate a bigger area like the chest or back.

Thats great. I have a very complicated shoulder injury which did not heal like the way it should. And i have problems to get the modules to the shoulderblade and to the latissimus area. The shoulder itself is good like it is, but the problem is that my whole left upper shoulder side from shoulderblade to chest/lat part is hurting. But sounds good for now.

Can you sell parts I just bought the latest move and did not see any of the changes you were talking about in this video ?? There is no versatility on moving the lights around . Have strap slots on all four sides so we can adjust them up or down or side to side would be huge !!!!!

I just bought one but the straps have Velcro. I hate them. I think the device is wonderful, but the straps are poorly designed. This one shown in the video would be way better than the Velcro version I received.

when will be ready the strap? i bought it to help me out my wrist…but im unable to use it… 😢

I received this device through a friend ordering it for me. The strap on the male side of the buckle is missing the velcro 🎉 will not stay closed. An 8" strap with the velcro closure teeth intact is needed. How can I get this strap replaced?
