Can you move only 1 Matchstick to fix the equation? This brain teaser is for those who enjoy solving analytical puzzles and games. Brain teasers are mainly a trickier version of riddles and puzzles, as these brain games are solved with lateral thinking. While solving these, you need to analyze a little differently and out of the box. For coming on to the solution, you need to use a creative mind as the answer won’t be right in front of you. last puzzle y u moved 3 sticks
The last example was a bit specious. It not only moved one stick, but it also shifted the position of the number '1' (consisting of two sticks) to join the number originally at the right of the '+' sign

Yep! Moved THREE.
Last equation actually moves 3 sticks.
Seems like clickbait. The final solution, which is advertised as "move one stick..." actually has you moving 3 sticks, 1 - 9 = 13 does not become 19 = 19 by moving 1 stick. Pretty lame.

@@I_QTest so: 1 9 = 19? I don't think so. Spacing matters. I can see your point, but it seems like a stretch and a poor example.

I looked at that one and said, "They better NOT make that 19=19 because to make it readable they would have to move those other two inward. But it i s s ti ll fu n.

Also, 1-9=13 can be done as 19=19 as shown in the video. Nice having two answers... but both leave or need more or less spacing to look legit.

Another solution in 1 - 9 = 13: Move the subtraction symbol and make 3 on the right side as 9. Then, we have: 19 = 19.

That's how the video shows it at the 8:17 mark (19=19). So what are you saying?
At the 8:17 mark, the equation "1-9=13" to get "19=19" is VISUALLY moving 3 matchsticks in the video. I think it would be more HONEST to do "1_9=19" since it is explained as an equation.
A JOKE: Where are you guys getting all these matchsticks? More likely to use Bic lighters today.

YOU FAILED THE TEST. Your solution requires moving one matchstick PLUS adding in a whole new matchstick.
1x9=9 fácil!
2번째는 3+-1=2
6÷2=4

Wrong. A Set is shifted too

Last 1 not correct..u are moving 2 sticks not 1..should be 1-3 = 1-3..which is more correct

Hey they just move the 1 to the right to make it clearer although not necessary since there are no Operators between the 1 and the 9. And if you want to complsin, they moved there sticks.
