Many companies like mine uses software that monitors and records what is being displayed on your screen...so if they notice the same image for long periods of time...they’ll know something is up

There's actually a legitimate use for this, I work in healthcare and evey time I get up to go check on a patient, I come back to my computer to finish charting and it's already logged me out. Lots of companies have the same "overkill" policy where the computer logs you out after 60 seconds of inactivity. It's very nerve-racking.

Usually they monitor the screen time to see if you’re active or not.. but if they monitor the screen itself you’re screwed better start working 😂
