About Mouse (마우스):
Dedicating his life to the pursuit of justice, rookie police officer, Jung Ba Reum (Lee Seung Gi), is an honest man with an honest heart. Working at a local substation, Ba Reum is a steadfast officer who, together with his partner, Go Moo Chi (Lee Hee Joon), is always willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done. Finding true fulfillment in his work, Ba Reum is happy with the life he has made for himself. But when the nation is rocked by the ruthless murders of a crazed killer, his peaceful life takes a very dark turn.
Gripped by fear, the nation slowly sinks into chaos as a psychopathic serial killer runs amuck. Always one step ahead of the authorities who chase him, the only sign the cops have of the killer’s presence is the grisly trail of chaos left behind. Determined to find this killer and bring them to justice, Ba Reum and Moo Chi eventually track them down. Standing face to face with the killer, Ba Reum manages to survive the deadly encounter but their meeting would change his life forever.
Determined to understand what drives a person to such violent extremes, Ba Reum and Moo Chi begin a quest to understand how psychopathic behaviors develop. But their quest for the truth begins to raise some very poignant questions. Questions that lead them to wonder, where does one draw the line between far and too far?

This makes me sad especially knowing he finds out who he is later. There's no redemption for him.😢

They really fit well. I really can't forget Bareum in the first episodes, everyone knows that this couple deserves the best.
Initially I thought whether he was bipolar or had a split personality, but then damn it was him along.
This scene would’ve been so sweet if he hadn’t murdered her grandmother 🥺

@@unknownindividual9030 i don't think he deserves it, he had DEFECTIVE genes, as viewed in the drama it's a type of illness, he started to recover after the surgery and gain the normal humane feelings, PLUS there was people setting up the environment for him to become a killer since he was a kid, he didn't deserve to be treated like that at the end, he just truly was ill

@@latifaelsayed4107 please stop giving out excuses. Yes he had defective genes but he truly was a heartless monster that murdered and killed innocent people. He could've controlled his urges and suppressed his need to kill if he was such a good person, finally he didn't receive treatment at all and only became good because of the other guys brain it was never Bae Rum that was good.

@@latifaelsayed4107 What you are saying is basically like a person who is genetically susceptible to things like diabetes type 2 shouldn't be held accountable if they get it. Yes genes play a huge part in making them hungry for sugary foods but the person chose to eat them and get the disease
When he asked, should we go to the countryside to live together when he gets better and he will be an officer at the countryside.... it was so sweet but sadly it couldn't last.

Come to think of it. The one who was kissing her was really yohan since yohan’s brain planted to Bareum. he was the one who saved little Bongyi after the assaulted . The little Bareum ( the boy ) was the first who saw Bongyi covered with the blanket instead of helping her and called the police, he just look and left her after. But the little yohan ( the boy ) save Bongyi. He called the police mochi. This one was later found out by Bongyi. she learned that Yohan was the one who saved her when she was assaulted and now she was having a second thought who killed her grandmother.

Theres no double personality. Bareum doesn’t have Yohans memories, the only thing that happened was that Bareum was missing emotions before which come from the frontal lobe, which was replaced when he received the brain transplant. So Yohans frontal lobe only made Bareum start feeling emotions, which are not Yohans but Bareums true feelings that he has towards Bongyi.
