A man with character and when he is the manager of the club, even the president has to listen or he just says good bye. Unprofessional but freaking awesome. 😂

Be it a Semifinals or Cup Finals his team/s are there. Small budget and Big budget teams he's managed to get them there.

The pep Jose rivalry is the biggest. It didn’t start when Jose joined Madrid. They’ve got history to when they were both at Barca. Then later when Jose felt he was promised the Barca job that eventually went to pep. You could a whole video about it. More research is definitely needed

Saying Mourinho did nothing in CL when in Madrid was total bull sht. Dude got us to Semis in all 3 years he's here, when Madrid were struggling to pass Ro16 over 6 years prior. Mourinho beat arguably the best team ever Barca's Pep in league, while Benitez got sacked 6 months into his tenure in Madrid. Sure Mourinho was toxic af, but he instill warrior mentality into his players.

Also won copa del rey for real after something like 17 years and won the league with record points and goals that made pep leave barca and retire for 2 seasons. He is the reason real are at this level today.....fast counter football jose started it at real and its still the same philosophy now

You forgot about Tito Vilanova incident, Mourinho was angry of getting defeated by Barcelona but also not being able to drag Guardiola into his fight (which he tried hard to bring him into the ring). That incident showed Mourinho lost control like Wenger did.

Maybe more recent ones... But Mourinho’s main factor in every one of his successes were actually because of the players and staff’s love for him, not despite of him. He was incredible man manager that has lost his mojo in recent jobs.
