I remember Eustace converted a truck to a wood burner. It ran on wood and would internally combust the unburnt carbon in the wood smoke. Never saw anything like it.

We want to live like this in Ireland, actually we do and have done, but the greed in Ireland is overwhelming, all of which we are powerless to do anything about, 1000s flocking into Ireland every week as if there's a pot of gold in the country, this is chiefly an agricultural country, and many people live of the land, but this freedom is quickly being taken away from us-we are split in two, there are those who are educated and want to "shake off" the bogperson mentality- very sad indeed

I noticed a change in Preston towards the end of the series cause it was like he just didn't have the energy he once had in prior shows..I'm pretty sure he was feeling bad way before he found out he's having problems cause I could see it in his eyes on a tv screen. In person ida most likely noticed the change alot more but he just kept trying to keep going and it ended his life before the Dr's could do anything to help him. I'm broken down now from helping people out that expected more of me. I wish he'd went to a Dr way before he did cause maybe he would have been around awhile longer. If I noticed a close friend slowing down and showing signs of energy levels dropping I'd be asking how he's doin and pushing him into seeking medical attention

You didn't even mention Raleigh Avery, his new partner/ apprentice. This young man brought a renewed vigor for Eustace. Huge mistake IMO. Other than that it was good. Men of this caliber are a rarity. People often say the "mold was broken after him". When reffing to exemplary humans like Eustace!

That's the FORMER USA......we have world government, now. You get ONLY what they allow you to get, and you SEE only what THEY want you to see. You HEAR ONLY what they want you to hear......scams abound, if there's $$$$ to be made, forcing taxpayers to fund it (Global Warming, elimination of competition, stooges in ALL branches of government to do their bidding, etc.). Indoctrination in public schools has eroded personal responsibility, personal morality, and REAL families. Let the woke reap what they sow......

I purchased land in the woods and built a home and fought the county every inch of the way. It seems like inspectors were part of a club with members of different trades who dislike homeowners 'doing it themselves' rather than hiring them. Have to say however how "sustainable" is owning a giant excavator, or army of chainsaws and so on. The word sustainable got worn out in this video, I call it survival at any cost.

I always wonder while watching (Mountain Men, Alaska The Last Frontier and Alaskan Bush People) how many showers these people take in a month? I'll bet it's about once a month. The camera people who document their escapades must be experienced in staying downwind. Glad there isn't smell o vision when I watch these shows.

If Houston were a real mountain man At heart. He wouldn't have made a show out of it. I'm sure it was for the extra cash to support Himself. But it should have been a self, sufficient mountain man and that publicized all of that. Live off his land and his heart for that is what a man is all mountain man is all about. That is reality
