My grandfather was born in Balta Ukraine. My father actually cooked some of the same recipes that you cook. Sometimes slightly different. I then cook for my children and now as they are older cook some of the dishes themselves. Thank you for the beautiful scenery and the cooking. Lovely to see here on Ontario Canada. God bless 🙏
