The Great White Throne judgement was the 2nd resurrection in heaven, after the 1,000 yrs reign with Christ; and 1st Resurrection in heaven was for only the righteous people who had died from the beginning of Creation to the time of the 1st Resurrection in heaven, 98 ad.
