he's signed to stones throw.... i'd definitely call that the time he got "the exposure [he] deserve[s]" to some extent. he does deserve to be much more popular than he is though. like, this video only has 40k views, it should be much higher. anyways, i love this song.

I know he's signed to Stones Throw, but they're still a small independent label who many people haven't heard of. I meant as in almost mainstream exposure seeing as BBC especially radio 1 is the biggest station in my country.

This is the only place I can find this version of this song. I have been listening to it since it's release. If there is a Vinyl release for sale with this remix I would buy it in a heartbeat. It's very rare for a remix to be better than the original song but Jonwayne really kills it with his vocals.

@@kitehillrecords9770 Having been around Maida Vale, I would have thought so. That placed is suited and booted with some of the best broadcasting equipment on the planet. I think I ran mine through an expander/gate, with a ilttle eq, and a touch of room verb.

Theo Browne kinda reminds me of a band called The Cribs who did a track called "Be Safe" which Lee Ranaldo of Sonic Youth did spoken word over. New English music with American voice over seems to work well for some reason lol
