Anytime I’m listening to a random playlist, and this song comes on… no matter what, I’m putting on Love What Survives and listening to the entire thing front to back. It’s like it’s impossible for me not to. Truly one of my favorite albums of all time and this is a phenomenal opener that sets the tone perfectly

holy fuck, something about that low note hitting at 0:54 with all the photos strikes some deep emotional chord with me and it's hard to explain but makes me want to cry this song, this video and this album are all fucking genius
