It was Maha Deeparadhana of Bhairavi... followed by Sumangali, Kanya and dampathaula Pooja which you offer to chandi before performing through chandi Homam

Great. But for two or 3 persons living such a big 6 Bhks are necessary. But in America our people lives in luxury like that only causing geologist to Americans.

why the celebrating couple are crying? and Why do they bow down to children? It seems bit off to the traditions. No offense please. Great house, I wish it has been built as per Vastu.

:) crying is out of spiritual ecstasy when you feel the presence of shakti. Bowing to children is called Kumari Puja / Bala Tripura Sundari puja where you invoke the divine grace of Bala Tripura sundari in children, before that was the Durga Puja / Suhasini puja. This is very much tradition before doing Chandi. Yes be rest assured the house is to perfect Vastu.
