@@scottseow96 就拿附近的The Cantonment来做比较 (虽然不在同一个层次)... 但 同一个区域地点 The Cantonment可以以1.5m马币买到1000平方尺的Condo... 虽然说大小和设施或许不在一个等级...但 这也显示 除非买家是非常“名门” 不介意以高价来购房 因为 必须知道 以租金和公寓的大小 市场上 不会有太大租客可以相中这一类的房租...另外 这也现实 买家在后期是非常难买出去 先别说 市场上有没有买家 就算有 目前也有太多空置unit...

@@scottseow96 只是个人意见... 对我来说 如果我是一个可以买上一套2.5-3.0m公寓的买家 基本上 我会先考虑位于Gurney Drive一带的公寓 再加上 Gurney Wharf要完工了 设施和location方面 都很有优势 甚至以后有升值空间

尺寸／大小的确已经不一样了但是你算算一方尺是相差一点点而已， the cantonment 一方尺是比 moulmein rise 贵的其实，你试试算一算

您错了其实，这类型的，租客比买家多，供不应求，比较多人要租这个“名门” 还有一些租金8,000－9,000 的都有
