1. Air puller pusher provides easy extraction of the product from the mold. The material of the puller is not subject to corrosion.
2. For gentle extraction of finished products, molds are equipped with special/ tech pocket
3. Production molds include mortgage hardware to implement quick assembly and disassembly of the mold with the use of hand electric tools.

I love the way you release the inner mold. How many pressure you use for that.

Even minimal available air compressor pressure will work here. If it would have regulator of pressure, that would be great, in order to avoid concrete bottom damage

Hello! We use concrete based on white cement M600, the technique is exposed aggregate concrete which considers the usage of special chemical (called deactivator) on the mould walls. It doesn’t let thin cement paste to gets hard thus after demoulding you can easily wash it off the concrete product and expose nice aggregates. Check our web to learn more www.concretearabia.com
