I doubt i got a unique piece 😂 after riding 400km nonstop i don't feel any unusual heat from the engine. Far better than that of Jawa/Yezdi 🤯

What ever you said is true. The problem is with the bike but not the oil. Motul oil is much better. The bike is new hence the tap't noise is normal. After some time you can adjustment them. Can't comment on RE reliability.

Brother u r the first one I've seen who has spoken negtvly about this engine oil. Actually I was also going to buy this engine oil for my Classic Reborn after going through a few videos on yt abt 300 4V. But u h v really helped me out here. I always feel that it is better to stick to manufacturer recommended engine oil as it is tested for lakhs of kilometres along with the bike but the way technology has advanced there is always an itch to find something better for the bike and that's y I thought of getting it. So yeah. U hv really helped me out here with this video. Thank u brother and keep growing.

Liquid is the best engineoil according to me..Not faced any heating issues or any other issues.....i seen people saying liquid gun is the worst engine oil as compared to other brands but in my honest opinion i believe Company stock OIL is best suited for J SERIES ENGINE

See, I've covered 12k kms on my hunter 350 till date. It has been 11 months. I've stuck to Liquid Gun engine Oil. As RE recommends, engine oil change every 10k kms. I dont thats true. For a healthy engine change your engine oil every 5k kms. Try to go for fully synthetic oils as much as possible as it gives better performance, long life & mileage of the vehicle. I changed from liquid gun to Castrol power ultimate 1 - 15w50 fully synthetic ( grades used for RE). Honestly my engine cools down faster, gives better mileage( not much but yes there's a slight increase) the ride feels much smoother, doesnt overheat. Try using flush every 10k KMS to maintain engine life & as told earlier, change of 5k kms is recommended normally for any type of oil. Stick to the oil grade provided by OEM. I wouldnt recommend shell as i have bad expreiences on my previous vehicles with it. This motul 300v as i feel has no significant difference. Need to try this on the new Himalayan 452 as it is liquid cooled, long stroke engine. Lets hope for the best & i hope ive solved ur quiery

1. Sir apne Kiya service center Jake change kiye ho yeha phir Ghar pe kisi local garage se ? 2. Royal Enfield Service center main Kiya dusre brand ka engine oil dalne dete hain yeha phir sirf khudh ka engine oil dalte hain ( liquid gun ). Or bhi question hain mera..

I have done 15k on my meteor 350 and have been using this engine oil for last 8k. It is expensive no doubt but the results for me were noticable. Of course it will not reduce the tapet noise, but after using this my engine runs a lot cooler and can rev at higher rpm smoothly. Great for highway rides. Earlier i used to have lot of heating issues while riding my bike in city traffic. But after using 300v that have like reduced significantly.

Get regular semi synthetic 15w50 of any brand that u like it is best suited for royal enfield no heating,no vibration it is the best u can put in RE. Fully synthetic is only helpful in higher rpm bikes these long stroke horses perform best with semi synthetic oil. I have tried almost all engine oils on my classic 350 liquid gun, motul,castrol and i have shortlisted castrol power one and motul 3100 gold both semi synthetic ones..motul is good in summers is little thicker than castrol and takes time to come to normal running condition. Castrol is always ready for action.If u revv ur bike hard get castrol and if u dont rev stick to motul.

Fully syenthetic oils are not meant for Long Stroke engines (RE). Liquid Gun is the worst, best is Motul 5100 15w50. Using Motul 5100 since 2000 kms, getting more than 45kmpl fuel efficiency along with lesser tappet noise.

@@Manish_254 The base oil used is not of good quality. Liquid Hun heats a lot and the cooling rate is very slow. Also, there are initial pickup vibrations in stop & go city traffic. I have used multiple engine oils on my Hunter 350 & here are my top picks 1. Castrol Power 1 Ultimate 15w50 2. Polylube 15w50 3. Shell Advance 15w50 Castrol Power 1 Ultimate is the best I have used so far as it is designed for Indian conditions & works well for 5 to 6 thousand kilometres. Also, zero heat issues in this as compared to the other two.

Thanks for the suggestions i want to ask some more thing how's Motul 300v which is fully synthetic like the castrol power 1 ultimate, some people said it's not good for long stroke engine like RE bikes which don't had high RPM and which one is better or what about other version 1.shell advance ultra vs shell advance 4t. 2.motul 3000 or 5100 3.castrol power cruise vs power 1 ultimate and is it necessary to flush engine with cleaner before changing other brand engine oil. My hunter is currently running 1500km and on how much km i should change oil company claims it's has to be change on 10000km because you're saying oil needs to be changed upto 5k to 6k km

@@Manish_254 300v is meant for high compression engines like Ninja, Yamaha R1, Hayabusa etc. Engine Flush - not required if you're getting the services done regularly at correct intervals. Motul 5100 is good but after 3000 kms, the performance drops. Castrol Power Cruise - never used, so unable to comment. Shell Advance - Best among all the semi-synthetic oils available in the market. Power 1 Ultimate - Just go for it & thank me later. Oil change interval - I am following 5000 km interval, 10000 km is way too much

May be you are the only one facing the heat and may be not. Actually you have to change the engine oil on every 5000km and you can try this oil for once if it work then you can continue using it. I have question for RE they have mentioned in there service book to change engine oil at 10000km which is rubbish. No engine oil works for 10000km its impossible they use semi synthetic oil which works for 5000km only even a fully synthetic engine oil works for 6k to 7k kms so after getting engine oil changed from Royal Enfield and driving for 4000 kms you can put this engine oil till next service so that you can complete 10000kms and no issues with the warranty also.

There's the catch from RE, you need to top-up the engine oil in every 5000km as per the manual, then it may run up to 10000km. Couldn't try this method as the RE service people told me that they don't top-up.. 😂😂😂

As far as I know the J series engine does not have a tappet. The J series are SOHC (Single Overhead Camp Shaft) comprising of valves adjustments rather. Only UCR series comes with a tappet.

The sounds are probably from the case O rings. The J series engine needs the O ring to be adjusted properly every 1k Km. Hope this helps

This is new engine hence it needs only 1.7 ltr and for that you have to perches 2ltr. Old engine needs 2.5 ltr
