Can you replace this 15w50 to a bike that calls for 10w40 .? Like a Z900abs or a z900se ..???

@@bikeinfotech sorry , my 2020 Z900abs and my 2024 z900se call for 10w40 . I bought 15w50 motul 300v by mistake, and I cannot return or exchange it for the 10w40 300v motul oil that I thought I was buying … I’m thinking about using it anyway , as I believe it should be okay in this climate of the world 🌎 idk 🤷🏻♂️ if it’s an oil I should consider using or simply selling it to someone that needs this oil weight ? Thanks 🙏
