Bro u haven't mentioned from where have you bought this phone. So if it's online please return the phone. Or if u bought form a shop, go and ask them for service center address. This phone has 1 years warranty. So mostly they will replace with a new phone. Don't worry.

Hi prem, both are same phones with almost same specs. Only difference is in the audio of 11r. I guess it supports dolby. If money is not an issue, u can go with 11r. Better resale and good brand name.

Hi very difficult to judge as both are almost same phones. But when it comes to camera, the edge 40 neo has an edge. It captures 4k @30fps videos but the g84 does not. If u r in and around Madurai, u can visit yalu mobiles and test the phones by yourself and then decide. Hope this helps.

Hi this is an International model. Motorola India has not mentioned anything about the display protection, but other country websites clearly mentioned it as Corning Gorilla Glass 3. Instead moto India has said that they have used a display protection from Japanese manufacturer NEG. This is also not sure. International version has 4 colors, Indian model has only 3 colors. International models has 1sim +1esim. India has dual SIM slots. So it varies. This is why I mentioned as no gorilla Glass. Protection irukkalam, illamalum irukkalam... Company than clarify pannanum...
