@@akashgupta-vz4hw battery life is good for 4020. Will last you a complete day with 25% left with medium usage. SOT is 5-6 hrs. The screen is very good with no heating issues.

I haven't used Moto phones till now. I have used HTC, Samsung, Iphone, Oneplus, Vivo and Oppo phones. On 6th march 2023 I bought Moto edge 30. After using it for one week. I have to say through all the Brands in Dustbin. Motorola phones are the best. Trust me. Only Motorola forever

If you use it without cover it's fine. with cover you can't feel vibrations when drive motorcycle, otherwise it's good.

No. It has 'Ambient Display' which will show you clock and notifications whenever the phone moves but this hogs a lot of battery due to motion sensing (which can't be disabled). Unfortunately if you disable ambient display, the phone screen doesn't even light up when there are new notifications and you need a third party app for such a basic thing (glimpse notifications app)

It's an apple IOS10 wallpaper. It's good on IOS, when ever you pull notifications, the wallpaper responds like the colour ribbon comes down with the notification panel. On android it is stationary though...You can download the wallpaper in Moto wallpaper settings and choose art category.

After the update, the gaming mode has got an additional option called 'ambient lighting'. It shows ambient edge lighting while playing games, on the left, or right side of the screen, depending on which side the sound is coming from, either left, or right.

Home Screen Wallpaper..?
I was using Oneplus 6 and was very happy with it, and wanted to buy oneplus device only but after oppo oneplus merger I just cant digest it. so ordered moto edge 30, as long as it has stock android and better display and sound quality I don't mind, the only thing I am concern is the battery life of moto, I am a normal user who use mobile for daily normal task and moderate multi media consumption(No Gaming at all), If anybody is using moto please share your review down below specially about battery life. THANKS

I am currently using Moto Edge 30 5g Meteor Grey 8GB variant... In terms of battery backup I play games on 144Hz so the battery backup for me is lil less than a day. But the day I am not gaming my battery literally comes for a day and a half.

You get around 7 to 8hrs for normal usage when the refresh rate is in auto (60 to 120Hz). 144Hz drains battery quickly (4-5hrs) but the phone becomes even more smooth and I leave it that way when I have charging port around. Compared with one plus latest OS with android 12, this moto has more pixel like appeal. In otherwords more stock than any non-pixel device.

For normal use, 4000 battery is also good and sufficient. Still if you run out of battery, just charge it for 5 minutes with original charger.

Same here. I swtiched from OP6. Battery and camera both are really disappointing in edge 30 Yes it's lightweight and buttery smooth. But its not that great

2 major issues with Motorola Edge 30: 1. Pictures from Main Camera have black grainy borders... Hence not good quality pics. Test the camera yourself before buying the phone. 2. Back of the phone vibrates heavily when speakers are turned on.

@@suchakbarik-0812 no bro, it's pre built Android feature. Whenever I am using a landscape full screen application or playing a game I chat side ways with my friends on WhatsApp, it works so well, it doesn't have any hiccups with any animations and fluidly moving the window... It's great a feature!
