Sorry to hear about your pitch issues. We have booked well in advance for our first stay but it does concern me that’ll well have an inadequate pitch. Especially with a big twin axle caravan and car

Hello. There are lots of larger pitches, we were just unlucky I think as we arrived on 23rd December so the choice available was limited (even though we had booked!), I think most people had arrived a few days prior to us ready for Christmas. The site and location are superb, it hasn't put us off booking, we are going again this Christmas, arriving on the 18th this year, so hoping we get a decent sized pitch. They are very accommodating and try to help offering alternatives if you don't like what you were given. If you have any issues, just head straight back to check in and they will offer you different pitches that you can take a look at before deciding which one you want. We hope you have a wonderful time. 🙂
