Thank you for performing the obligatory butt clench test on the pants 😂 busy deciding at the moment which padded seat to go for, sheepskin with a pocket for gel/memory foam, or something like you tried. Decisions 😕

Great video. What kind of temperatures are we talking about? Do you feel like warmer summer temperatures would influence your padded seat/pants decision?

Uk testing was 15°C and Germany was 21°. But I think the temperature will make no difference. That said rain on the padded seat could cause puddles.

I have some PITA problems, which I did not have back when I was a obsessive biciclist. Next I'll try my bicycle underwear (padded) with chamois creme. I am desperate, wish me luck!

To be fair I don’t think there is any difference between cycle pants and motorcycle. That said one company did specialise on bike seating positions if you Google “Moto Skiveez” @motolegends stock them. Might be worth checking them out also 👍🏻

Why don't BMW just do comfort seats!! Triumph 765 is a great seat for long rides.

They do, but I didn’t like it much. Also the bmw one adds some height which I don’t like.
