I love these Dallas MCI techs. They always take care of their customers and never fail to help them out for years to come. MCI Dallas Service center is the best one there is. Very customer service oriented.
A very helpful video covering all the major operational features of the new MCI J4500 motor coach.
You know this is a great video for any owner of a diesel coach to watch such as a new diesel motorhome owner..a lot of great information in here that every diesel owner should know
This video was so informative I learned new things and it corrected me on the I knew and didn’t know bout coach buses.
Really excellent in depth demonstration of the coach by someone who obviously knows more about the coach than just a salesman. Probably mechanic and hvac technician background. Had to listen to a few things a couple times to catch what he said, but I'd rather have someone who really knew his stuff than someone with a perfect American accent. Oh, and I suspect that the function of the auxiliary air system that he forgot (somewhere about 1 hour to 1 hour 8 min) was the air suspension bellows. An easily understand oversight because it is probably so obvious he didn't think of it.
Hi Ricky Ingram here love the video. I'm a retired bus driver from NYC. Hoping to buy one and turn it into a motorhome in the near future. Please keep making the videos.
Apparently I love watching things that I can’t afford so that one day I can afford them!

An RV would be better for personal use. Unless you wanna convert this thing into an RV. I mean these J4500s are already 3/4 of a million dollars and a luxury one with tables and running water is 1 million 😳
Fascinating. These drivers are lucky to be able to drive these latest beauties. From some of the questions, it seems like some of them are not veteran.

Sunahama Nagai I have never driven a bus in my life and even I knew some if not most of this and these people are like children in a candy store “cool! Wow! Oooo! Wow! Ohh okay!”......It was so frustrating.

You guys are all knuckleheads. These are the buyers, forking out $1 million bucks, and want to know what they’re getting. It’s all part of customer service. I doubt they’re going to drive them.

@@westerlywinds5684 Look at the damn title. It says Walk-Through Orientation Training. That means it's a driver orientation, drivers of the company that bought these new rigs. It's very clear.

@@sunahamanagai9039 If they came from older model buses, city buses and party type buses, this would be a huge step and improvement. The older model coaches have only the very bare essentials.
Es un excelente video muy completo ..!! Felicidades 🎉🎈🍾🎊
This man would make an awesome master trainer and driving teacher for these Motor Coaches

Great video!
Wow I have a e4500 and surprised how similar it is to this (frame anyway). Very informative video! Thanks guy!
I drove both vanpool.prevost and Mic.Althought prevost is considered the roles Royce of motor coaches. There is nothing like a well tuned Mci for traction and stability when driving under adverse conditions.
Thanks for this video, now I don’t need to go the training now for my company. 👌
Very helpful video. Julian is very intuitive.
Thanks for posting this video, I have been in VanHools for quite some time, and may be jumping in to a J4500 very soon.

Excellent training!
Outstanding demonstration!
What an awesome and very educational video for drivers 👏👏. ✌️out
Seems to me that they recorded the video at Dallas Tx but man very good info!
Very good orientation he was real thorough.
I remember riding Greyhound "Super7" and "Americruiser" buses with the "MCI" emblem in front; always thought it was the MCI phone/telecom company... their other business division.
Informative and helpful, thank you.
👏👏👏.very good.like from persia.
Does MCI provide a way for an aftermarket programable remote starter like big rigs and the car markets?
Is the cabin and driver ac compressor the same big unit as well as the ac condenser by the fuel compartment?? Also, Where are the air suspension tanks??
I used to think that door on the driver's side was a separate door for the driver's ingress and egress. Learned something new.

Being European I'm surprised about the front door. European coaches never have doors like this. Really nice bus though.
Our bus interior build quality still lag behind this bus. Yes its look dated, but its very well covered all area.

I drove the first MCI Renaissance the same bus in the late 90s early 2000s and hearing the Talk given to these drivers these drivers are under qualified to drive that bus. It’s a lot of bus to handle. The trainer Didn’t tell them when the tag axle turns it swings the bus out up to 5 feet in the rear meeting you could hit something when you’re turning. And I’ve never liked the feature where it doesn’t lock at low speeds because if you’re on ice or snow under that 20 miles an hour they can cause you to slide more out of control
I will take a dash 9 with automatic and Detroit V-8 any day over the J4500, which I find ugly as hell too.
this bus is not driver friendly. it is expensive but I do not like it. vanpool is more friendly to me.
