i think what certain people have to understand is that unlike pure house blenders whos tunes stay at a fixed bpm his range all the time,one track for instance changes from 119 up to 127 moving around all the time its an art form keeping that on beat

ref: 7.08 he needs to check his vinyl - could just be a bit of dirt, easily removed and never have that jump again. Dust builds up causing slipping - never gives his vinyl a little wipe - probably advisable. And I wonder if he's got the arm set up correctly - ought to increase the weight or anti-skate Interesting he seldom uses the pitch adjuster to beat match preferring to fiddle with the center spindle. And I do wonder what DJs would do today with out the filter control, then they'd really have to mix Some very nice tunes though and a decent effort at blending them

The dust could be the needle on its way out - shit happens - even when taking your own along with you. Its tough mixing on a flat EQ & having it sound right on todays linear mixers. Rotary mixers do that job perfectly, letting things breathe. Xones, Pioneers & the likes just leave everything sounding congested & need EQ correction. Hes definitely a better music selector than he is a technical DJ.

Steven Slater His technic is quite good !!!!!!! even nowadays thats he's playing more funk and disco stuff….. fuck that sucks for mixing, hard. Even that…... being a better music selector over the technic is obviously better, no doubt. It would be perfect to have djr's in the clubs, or any rotary but its kind of difficult

Good tracks...doesn't seem like he can be trusted with vinyl though. Gotta keep that shit clean. Save yourself the embarrassment
