Автокөліктер мен көлік құралдары

What's a Moto Guzzi V7iii like to live with? I'm not sure but at a 1000 miles I'm loving it. Wahoo!

I'm not sure about yours but I've read if you run open exhaust without remapping the computer it won't run right, have you heard anything about that?

That's what they've always said. Back in the day that was definitely true not sure how it works today. I think there is a process you have to go through for most bikes though.

That data in the speedometer, be glad it isn't a Speed Twin; mine (2020 1200cc) and many others voluntarily purge all the average mpg, distance traveled/ distance to empty!! Only digits shown are total mileage and you begin again on everything else... Decent power on the V7iii, it weighs the same as the 650's: GT & INT and has over 10 percent more power. Enjoy 😊

You have a very nice collection of bikes. How much does it cost you to register the hole fleet a year?

I have 5 bikes. In California it is ridiculously expensive. Two of them have to go this year.

Nice ride. Tho' Italian, they're not considered 'exotic', yet well-built, good handling machines nonetheless. I like the Guzzi (say 'GOO-tsi'. Like 'PEE-tsah') V-7 Special (853cc). Curious to see you discussing a non-British bike. Enjoy!!

I think I would love one of these bikes but maybe not as an only bike option. I don't know why I think about moving on my 890 Adventure S because it has fit me so well and does everything I have wanted it to do. (With the proper tires) I think it comes down to the "Character" and looks of the bike, which the Guzzi has going for it in Spades.

@@forgottenmotorcycles If you haven’t ridden one, don’t. Once it’s been ridden it sinks its teeth into you with amazing performance. It’s what makes moving one on so hard.

Great Video Fuzzy Biker! I saw what looked like your old triumph in this video? I looked on Baxter cycle’s website and did not see yours listed? As I’m sure you’ve guessed my next question, #2 What’s your thoughts between the Meteor 350 and V7 now after the 1000 miles on the V7, or is it too soon? Thanks for the honest opinion on the V7!

My old Triumph T100 is in their shop right now getting full service new tires etc etc and will be on their website very soon. I miss it already :-) the V7 is a real narrow purpose bike versus the 350 meteor which is a far more versatile all around motorcycle. If a person were to have one motorcycle that they plan to ride often the meteor would be best.

You are the first person I see enjoying the transmission, praising it, even! I own the same bike and it's the worst shifter I've ever used... Good, badass bike nonetheless, love it

Had the California Special Sport with heel toe shifter and it shifted nice and solid. I think pit of all my riding it, only had one maybe 2 false neutrals that were likely self induced.

When you are cruising at 75 to 80 mph is the Guzzi smooth or is there a lot of vibration? I spend a lot of time on the highways and don't like a lot of vibration. Is it like a Harley 883?

It does smooth out quite a bit but there is still vibration though probably less than a Harley 883. Longest ride I've had on it so far is 270 MI and the bike does wear you out. I'm thinking of a 700 mile Day ride with it but will do some shorter test rides first. Not near as comfortable as my Royal Enfield super meteor.

Wouldn't the mileage on LCD be in UK gallons 4.5L cause that's what they use in Europe or is it like most bikes in Liters. So should be about 60miles per 4.5 Liters(UK gallon) roughly.Motoguzzi claims the V7 850 uses 4.9L per 60miles so 300ml more than alot of other similar bikes but does have huge 21L tank & torque delivery affects fuel consumption & if got loads of torque with a twist of throttle fuel economy be affected but loads of fun🤣.I would love to see a comparison with 850 some say the 744 is more fun to ride & torque delivery starts lower down & 850 is more refined & beefed up & less vibes.

You could get some baffles made for it at Baxter's or from Dylan from Throttle Company or splash out & get new one's.I heard & seen video's saying that 744 is more fun to ride in the twisties but they all say they'd tour on it but V7 850 is better tourer.I think 🤔 the 744 us a great choice for you Fuzzy having other bikes. If I could own 2 bikes I'd definitely have a V7 in the garage.
