Of all the songs in Crue's catalog this is the one that criminally does not get the love it deserves.

This is why you kiss your women in the morning before you leave, even if she is asleep, and always tell kids you love them as they leave or you leave, shit happens, maybe they will find comfort knowing you loved them, even if you was at each others throat the night before

Johnie Nicholson Reminds me of a story I once read, A man would buy a rose for his wife everyday and place it on the nightstand in the morning before she woke up, He did it for many years. she claimed he made sure she got the rose even if he was sick. One day she woke up and she found no rose, she said she knew he was gone. Sometimes the little things mean a lot,

i never understood the video until i read that it is the worst moments of each members life, first is Vince and the car accident where he seriously injured 2 people and killed his friend while drunk, then is Mick fighting ankylosing spondylitis, then Tommy in prison for assaulting Pamela Anderson, finally Nikki and his heroin overdose and having to be brought back to life. Truly an amazing song and video

"If I Die Tomorrow" I wake up to find myself After all these years And where all the time has gone Still seems so unclear 'Cause there's no one else Since I found you I know it's been so hard You should know If I die tomorrow As the minutes fade away I can't remember Have I said all I can say? You're my everything You make me feel so alive If I die tomorrow It brings out the worst in me When you're not around I miss the sound of your voice The silence seems so loud 'Cause there's no one else Since I found you I know it's been so hard You should know If I die tomorrow As the minutes fade away I can't remember Have I said all I can say? You're my everything You make me feel so alive If I die tomorrow I spent all my life Looking for our innocence I've got nothing to lose One thing to prove I won't make the same mistakes Now I know That everything will be ok When I die tomorrow If I die tomorrow As the minutes fade away I can't remember Have I said all I can say? You're my everything You make me feel so alive If I die tomorrow You make me feel so alive If I die tomorrow If I die tomorrow

It’s difficult to tell because lyrics are always open to interpretation…but I remember Crue doing this song shortly after Vince was on that TV show with MC hammer, who is a pastor and they were talking about if Vince believes in God. I mean, the lyrics really hit all the nails on the head in reference to the creator or a higher being. I’ve always thought of this song being about Vince repenting a bit and affirming his faith in the creator. I remember on that show it hit him really hard when talking about losing his daughter and Hammer consoling him about it through faith.

I wake up to find myself After all these years And where all the time has gone Still seems so unclear 'Cause there's no one else Since I found you I know it's been so hard You should know If I die tomorrow As the minutes fade away I can't remember Have I said all I can say?

What a great Motley Crue song. This was released just before they went on their sold out tour of 2004-2005. The band was reunited from fan interest and management who wished to see the original members back together again. I attempted to go see them in Boston and Philly, but to no avail, both venues were sold out....Bummer.

boy times have changed. when i was 17 in 1987 and going to concerts i would wear my leather jacket and my judas priest tshirt with my long hair. i took pride in supporting my bands. also ready to go to a party afterwards till 3 am. those were great times. with todays music i dont see kids really supporting it for long time. to me 80s heavy metal and hard rock was the best and at its peak. to the kids out there that is why guys my age will defend the music back then. plus 80s girls were so hot.
