During this time 1987,every place they went on tour,Motley would ride motorcycles & visit strip clubs. The club managers would bring out their best girls. They had the cash so they were allowed to do whatever they wanted. On the Girls,Girls,Girls tour the bassist (Nikki Sixx) would overdose twice on heroin. He was clinically dead for 2 mins.A paramedic plunged 2 adrenaline needles in his chest & he came back. That was the inspiration for another song "Kick start My Heart"

Don't overthink it. It's just about being young & rowdy and Loving the women in strip clubs. Just a fun song, that became the 'National Anthem' for strip club dancers for a couple of decades tbh.

Back before the band got big the strippers at these particular clubs would actually help the boys out with money and places to stay since they were usually pretty wealthy so this song is a tribute to those girls and specific strip clubs they went back and visited during the “girls girls girls” tour.

Great reaction! Mick Mars is the guitar player and yes, it's about strippers and strip joints.

Home Sweet Home is my jam. The story he's talking about you can find in Hustler. At least you used to, everyone loves a good dirty story

great reaction. Since you are a bass player, I would suggest The WHO - Wont Get Fooled Again (live). Maybe also something newer such as DELAIN - The Quest and the Curse. They have a hot new singer with a great vocal range.

New to the channel and absolutely like all your content and commentary 🤝.... I see you play bass and are diving into some 80's rock, i would love to see you check out older Metallica when Cliff Burton was with them (RIP)... i think you would appreciate their song Creeping Death and the story the lyrics are about 💯.....PSA: if you do more rap artists check out Brodnax (one of the best and vastly underrated) 👊

One of my fave albums when I bought it on release time from the record store... burned out a couple tapes of that..... lotsa great tunes. Great to see a young buck checking it out, thanks for a wander down memery lane. you might also like Alice Cooper raise your fist and yell, that came out a couple years after this. First album that felt like a psycho killer narrative storyline.... before Iron Maiden seventh son of a seventh son...... dang..... the music and the bands then...... unequalled....... until GWAR scumdogs of the universe, which rocked, disgusted, and also made everyone laught their asses off.

Yes sir, strip clubs throughout the world they most likely been to. Their videos are pretty much just their lives on display. Dr. Feelgood is another great one of theirs. Nice groovy beat i think you will dig. I hate to mention it but you asked...yes, they have a ballad and it's extremely popular. It's called Home Sweet Home and don't get me wrong, it's a good song, just overplayed imo. After 100 times or so, I tap out. I had enough. But I wouldn't be surprised if it has tens of millions views.
