The last four years were difficult for me. I saw myself rapidly gain 40 kgs in just 2 years and I struggled with depression, anxiety, and hate towards myself and my body. I made excuses. I thought I was too weak and too tired. Three months ago I got up off my ass - today I'm 10 kgs down. I've got this. Every day I've got it. Every single day I will get what's mine. I will NOT let anything or anyone take away my dreams. I will NEVER give up again.

I used to hate myself and be depressed all the time and once almost to the point of suicide, but after listening to this I realized that I’m the only one that can change the course of my history! For anyone reading this, I pray that you know that you are not alone, and never choose the easy way out🙏

I am going through one of the toughest times in my life but no one knows because I refuse to quit and become a victim of circumstances. I meditate at night to sleep to calm my mind of anxious thoughts to find peace. I study unbreakable mindset every single day and never stop learning and growing. Woow almost a year ago I was broken so lost in my own world lost to drug and alcohol addiction losing my kids custody losing my family because of addiction and many more things I went through really bad domestic violence I thought I was gonna die in his hands but somehow God always protected me and these videos mean the world to me cause watching these videos over and over again kept me going and one day I hope that I can't be a speaker like these people maybe my story will save someone that's in a situation I was in....
