When I saw how good the Effect was rolling on that pattern, I figured the Pink was gunna be in trouble. Low diff, mid level, responsive pearl vs that absolute monster from Hammer.

Yoo Mr. Eubanks, another good review. Pyramid put out a brand new ball a couple days ago for $80 i think you would be interested in. Pathogen Asym and its a dull asym solid with a slightly weaker cover I think.

Thing just hooks.

IMHO, the Hyper Venom, like most balls with the Gear core, works better when you close down the angles and play the lanes more front to back. I don't think it forces you deep. While it can make the corner from way outside, like you said, it is far more sensitive to where you are down lane when you see the friction. Playing this ball on lines similar to the inside "misses" by you and TQ where you were a little more forward and not as open is the recipe. I LOVE my Hyper and think many others could find a place for it in their arsenal. Good video for seeing a variety of shots, BTW.

It was a while ago. It's hard getting a read on Motiv. This one hooked way more than the Fatal did though.

Mr Eubanks need to put the ball down earlier and let it get thru some oil. Slinging it straight to the dry and wondering why its hooking so much is crazyyyy

My buddy has had it for a month now and he gave up on it. WAY too over/under for him. Sails in the oil and peels like crazy off of the dry. Just a very inconsistent reaction for him.
