most ppl are being lazy and just throw motions at any model without adjusting it great job of what you did
Is there a place where i can get some of those chibi ba mmd models? Seen alot of them but no place where i can download them. I think alot of people make them but don't share for some reason

There are many reasons why they may not be able to share with others. One of them is that they only use assets that are specific to their videos and may not be suitable or usable for others. That's why I'm here 😋

It's VMDsizing, but if you want to be more advanced, use Blender. I have put a picture of a simple vmdsizing instruction on the model file of the character in the videos
