Today we are making famous Moti biryani at home. Firstly, We will make Kofta and add it into rice. ye Moti biryani banane ka best tarika he. Every one can make biryani at home but Moti biryani is very famous and full tasty and spicy biryani with best flavors of Koftay.
Recipe Ingredients :
For Balls
Meat =1/2 kg boneless
Onion = 1 small
Ginger garlic paste=1 tbsp
Green chilli =2
Green coriander chopped
Egg=1
Roasted gram flour=3 tbsp
Salt as per required
Red chilli powder=1 tsp
Haldee=1tsp
Dry coriander=1 tbsp
Chilli flakes=1tsp
Crushed cumin=1 tsp
Garam masala powder=1tsp
For pulao
Oil 1cup for fry meat balls
Onion 2 slices to fry
Remaining oil in pateela
(Tez paat+ cumin 1tsp+daar cheeni1+black pepper + laung)
Ginger garlic paste= 1 tbsp
Onion =half
Tomato =1
Salt as per required
Dry coriander=1 tsp
Green chilli=3
Rice =3 cup(soaked 30 mins)
Water=5 cup
